# Other Land Info

The northern and southern points of each moon are travel and trading hubs that are not owned by players.

Landowners will be able to set a tax (in the form of a percentage of the resources mined on their land). Players who cross their lands or hunt on them will contribute a portion of what they find to the landowner.

As the game expands, landowners will have access to additional upgrades and benefits, such as:

* Building improvements: Build greenhouses, landing strips, mini-markets, lodging, and more. Make your land a must-see destination for players.
* Harvest unique NFTS: Unlock the ability for people to mine NFTs on your land, either in partnership with Orchid Hunters or with other NFT collections.
* Stake KEIKI token: Staking will not only provide liquidity returns, but better production on your land and increased odds of finding rarer orchids. However, this will be shared among all landowners of a particular moon, so owners are encouraged to collaborate.
* Subdivision: Land owners will be able to unlock the ability to subdivide their land sectors, which can be sold or rented to other players.
* Special Missions and Mini-Games: Landowners will be able to unlock the ability for visitors to attempt special missions, play mini-games, and create original content.
